We're thrilled to announce the opening for Supply Chain Operations Specialist (1-Year Contract) . In this role, you will support supply chain operations across Thailand and Vietnam, including demand planning, inventory management, logistics coordination, and import documentation. You will assist with forecasting activities, monitor inventory and shipment performance, prepare operational reports, and coordinate with internal teams and third-party logistics partners. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to develop hands-on experience in supply chain and logistics operations within a dynamic regional environment.

How you will contribute…
1) Demand Planning Support
• Assist in preparing monthly forecasting files and updating APO templates for VN and TH
• Support the consolidation of inputs from internal teams, distributors, and regional planners.
• Help track forecast accuracy KPIs and highlight discrepancies to the team.
2) Import & Customs Documentation Assistance
• Ensure all product registration files, transfer price documents, and shipment papers are properly archived with Regional Center of Excellence Customs Logistics team
• Support the team in checking PO quantities, landed cost files, and SAP B1 entries.
3) Logistics & 3PL Coordination
• Work closely with warehousing and delivery partners to follow up on shipments, stock transfers, and delivery schedules.
• Track and compile 3PL documents such as receiving reports, transfer requests, and delivery performance data.
• Support day‑to‑day communication with 3PL partners to ensure timely updates.
4) Inventory Management Support
• Update stock reports and help reconcile month‑end inventory between Moet Hennessy sytems and 3PL systems.
• Assist in organizing periodic and annual stocktakes as needed,and preparing related documentation.
• Help submit FOC requests, new SKU creations, and exception reports in Power Apps.
5) Monthly Reporting
• Prepare and submit recurring reports such as Stock Aging, OTIF, Warehouse Utilization, Temperature/Humidity, Green Supply Chain, and others under guidance.
• Maintain accurate filing and ensure timely submission to regional teams.
6) Cost & Invoice Administration
• Help validate 3PL and customs broker invoices against contracts and budgets.
• Support PO creation and documentation filing for audit readiness.
7) General Administrative & Cross Market Support
• Assist the team with Thailand, Vietnam and regional documentation when required.
• Maintain organized digital files and ensure operational documents are always updated.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or related fields.
Over 5 years of experience in a supply chain, logistics, or procurement role.
Experience in demand or supply planning, inventory control, and logistics coordination.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
Proficiency in supply chain management software (e.g., ERP systems, Power Apps, Power BI) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
Proven good communication (written and verbal) skills, in English language.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
