Strategic Planning & CI Execution
• Support the selection and prioritization of Continuous Improvement (CI) projects based on business impact, process pain points, and operational priorities.
• Prepare CI project charters, project scope, timelines, milestones, and action plans.
• Execute assigned improvement activities according to agreed project plans and milestones.
• Track and follow up CI action items to ensure timely completion.
• Support impact-effort and value-based prioritization of improvement initiatives.
Business Analysis & Process Improvement
• Collect and analyze process data, including lead time, waiting time, rework, defects, handoff delays, and productivity.
• Conduct process mapping and identify bottlenecks, waste, and improvement opportunities across Product Development, Prototype & Samples, and Production Readiness processes.
• Conduct root cause analysis using appropriate Continuous Improvement tools such as 5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, Pareto Analysis, Process Mapping, and Value Stream Thinking.
• Translate operational issues and process gaps into practical improvement opportunities.
• Support benchmarking and best-practice studies to identify opportunities for process improvement.
Cross-functional Coordination
• Coordinate with PD, Prototype & Samples, CAD, Engineering, Quality, Planning, and Production teams to implement improvement actions.
• Support improvement workshops, Kaizen activities, and problem-solving sessions.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment on improvement initiatives and new process standards.
• Follow up cross-functional action items through completion.
• Escalate unresolved process issues to the appropriate level of management.
Process Transformation & Standardization
• Support process redesign and standardization initiatives.
• Develop and update SOPs, Work Instructions, Checklists, Templates, and Control Points.
• Support training, communication, and deployment of new processes and working methods.
• Monitor the adoption and compliance of newly implemented processes.
• Collect user feedback and recommend further process refinements after implementation.
Performance Monitoring & Sustainability
• Monitor CI project performance and benefits, including lead time reduction, rework reduction, productivity improvement, and error reduction.
• Conduct before-and-after performance comparisons to evaluate improvement results.
• Prepare CI progress reports, performance updates, and benefit-tracking reports.
• Monitor whether improvement results are sustained after implementation.
• Support corrective actions when performance declines or improvement results are not sustained.
We love that you are…
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or related fields.
• At least 1–3 years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Process Improvement, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or Operational Excellence.
• Experience in Lean Improvement, Productivity Improvement, Process Mapping, and Root Cause Analysis.
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, 5 Why, Fishbone, Pareto, Value Stream Mapping, and other problem-solving methodologies.
• Manufacturing environment experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, process thinking, and logical thinking skills.
• Good planning, coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong attention to detail, initiative, persistence, adaptability, and continuous improvement mindset.
• Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt / Green Belt or Kaizen Facilitator certification is preferred.
